Overview

Mr. DiFranco began his career as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney, rising through the ranks to become a Felony Trial Attorney. In 1994, he founded the law firm of DiFranco & Associates, P.C., since then he has established himself as one of the premier criminal and personal injury attorneys in Northern Cook County.

As a personal injury lawyer Mr. DiFranco has earned a lifetime position in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum based on awards he has won for his clients. Some of those cases include:

• $11.2 million jury verdict in Prado v. City of Evanston

• $5.2 million jury verdict in Abruzzo v. City of Park Ridge

• $1.5 million jury verdict in Bojalad v. Parliament Enterprise
